- Passive house
It is the advanced and optimized low energy house and 3-liters house. Their heat warmth demand may not exceed 15kWh/(m²a) at normal usage. To this value 10 kWh/ (m²a) are added for household electricity and ventilation, as well as 5kWh/(m2a) for heating water. Since passive houses have a very low heat energy demand, warmth pumps are used instead of conventional heat plants. Since the insulating components of a passive house the transmission warmth losses are very low, but further saving energy is possible and necessary, ventilation plants with warmth regaining are used to also save energy in this area.
- Photovoltaic plants
They are devices which transform sun radiation by means of photovoltaic cells into electric energy. By half conductor on the crystalline or thin film cells, absorbed light is transformed into free electrons, and electricity is produced, which leads to AC. This is transformed to DC and can be used for the household or utility current.
- Cleaning system
It is facade system which has special layers. Since in massive construction like in wood construction often additional insulation at the facade is used, but plaster should also be there, systems are used which make non-risky combination insulation possible. Insulation can be common polystyrenes, foam glass or ecological wood fibre in plated shape.
