These low energy houses have a yearly primary energy demand of less than 35 kWh/ (m²a).This corresponds to the consumption of approx. 3Liters of heating oil per square meter utile area a year. ''3-liters houses'' underbid therewith the limits set by the ''EnEV'' and contribute therewith persistently to the resource protection and to the climate protection.
