- Energy/ heat consumption ID
It gives the essential statements about the expected energy demand and serves as a base for the fulfilling of the "EnEV"standards. Especially the energy consumption ID includes specific magnitudes of the warmth loss transmission, the appliances for heating, warm water installation and ventilation, the energy demand of each device and the yearly primary energy demand.
- Energy demand/ consumption
The energy demand is calculated according to the standards of the "EnEV"and offers a comparison for valuing buildings. The actual energy consumption can deviate, however, considerably from the calculated requirement due to actual climate conditions, usage of heat plant, user behavior and concerned technology.
- EnEV
It the abbreviation for the energy saving law from February 1, 2002 and therewith a valid control. It describes the magnitude of heat and warm water consumption for the building, and in this way it helps to estimate and limit the necessary yearly primary energy demand. Bases for the "EnEV" is the "Energieeinspargesetz" from 1976 and the warmth protection law (WSchVo). Finally it is not an amendment of the WSchVo 1995, the decisions of the world climate conference in Kyoto in1997 about the reduction of the CO2 emission. More over the former heating system law was integrated and values therefore in addition next to the air density and warmth bridge space also the quality of the energy source. With this, the utilization of renewable sources of energy, for the first time, is a part of the positive balance.
- Earth warmth
It is stored warmth energy emerging from the inner earth. It is used as an energy source. Plants to the utilization of the earth warmth are worthwhile above all in areas with especially favorable geological conditions such as hot deep water. By low energy house constructions, however, in connection with warmth pump technology, earth warmth can be efficiently used almost everywhere.
